okay time to update.

watched nick and norah's infinite playlist, which was quite nice, and Angus, Thongs and Perfect snogging, which was super uber bimbotic, with allison, her friend and aik hwee.

watched it like in a row la first one ended at 4.55 next movie started at 5.10 xD

not bad la the movies..makes u laugh a lot..

and i cant understand brit jokes. period.

most strange thing was like i met a lot a lot of ppl i know in a matter of like 2hours! o.O

first off met jingyi and his friends

then saw xinni and her group of friends..

then saw jason (aphelion) and his church friends

then jerrald aw..

and then saw yongjie and liangsai o.O

so many ppl in one small complex rofl

the world is so small..or maybe singapore is just so small xD

BSP Gathering at Yiran's House!

met bojia at ~3pm (we agreed to meet at..hmm.. 2.30?)

and she says she has no money lol (" i lazy to take out la" o.O )

so i bought the cake myself haha

everyone came to west mall to look for horror movie to buy..in the end no one got money..waste time LOL

then we see a PLAY machine, those kind where u rent stuff automatically

and every phase of our registration (wenhao's actually) met with errors x.x

after we finished registering, we went to claim our free rental movie (24hours!) ..

8 choices. -.-

a failure in judgement led us to take Stomp The Yard over Evan Almighty, and that causes the movie screening in yiran's house to be a rather uneventful watch o.O

ppl rather play mahjong lol

except qianye! "OMG CHRIS BROWN DIED"

lotsa food there..mostly junk food =X

zongxian made soy sauce chicken with potentially intoxicating Hua Diao Jiu. lol

went orchard yesterday to see mabel perform..

well that was the plan at least.

as usual my too-precise planning screws up the moment a factor changes..

so i went there to see ppl sing instead lol

HC Alumni cum Campus Superstar Cheeyang was there too to perform as well as to advertise his Ge Fang Music Academy..apparently he's the Creative Director.

Went to HCBand Concert on Thursday!

It's weird. Definitely.

But they played relatively well,

but i was sad that theres no piano for Hidamaru no Uta =(

well it is 6 dollars only..so its value for money =D

saw jichao, oily and aik hwee in the backstage together with other old buddies such as hongguang xD

did i take a wrong step?

Yet at this point, all i can do is bring up my unwavering fortitude and brave the new challenges ahead.

and i found out / finally realised something that makes me happy for once.

Today was ECO meeting @ NLB Children's Corner. ( yes we are all young are we ;D )

usual admin crap and then to my violin lesson.

Somehow lost the motivation to blog everyday...

So long story short,

few days back we went to Zhikai's house for BBQ gathering

and i was quite stone until the night i guess..

icebreaking.. lol.

i realised i was quite the lagger in reflex games >.<>.>

ended up with josh licking me x.x
and.. i realised..

ZONGXIAN I DID NOT REACH LVL 5 TWICE! I REACHED IT ONCE! xD

2nd round i got to 4th only! and pei xian got to 5th.

so i licked her..

and i was greeted with repulsion LOL

i could upload the vid but she'll probably come killing me.

we also played other games such as the BSP-Camp Lookalike passing-the-straw game, except we did it with plates. eva so ji dong about it hahaha

watched Quantum of Solace!

aik hwee looked like he was about to faint lol.

Went to watch Eagle Eye ytd with lynnette! so cool la the movie hahaha!

Shia Lebouf quite pro in acting! the whole movie full of action and thrilling effects. it's about this supercomputer who wants to eliminate the whole US government because it claims it as a "Threat to US Security". lol. the computer is seriously smart. everything is under its control =X

Haha then we walked around Orchard..so damn high class la the place :O

everything so ex one..then the ambience somehow make you feel silent lol.

apparently he was always bullied when young, so when Linebarrel gave him superhuman powers he became an asshole -.- first ep is animated in manga style, so the animation sucked =/ storyline's cool tho. xD

Kannagi
What would you think when a girl burst out of your statue? that's what the main character of this story encountered! haha a girl suddenly burst out of his statue, claiming to be a god. funny and crazy stuff ensues. The "To-LoveRu" of this season i guess, with much less fanservice (watch him hide all his yellow books tho LOL)

Gundam 00 2nd season
OMG ITS HERE! the 2nd season of gundam 00 picks up 4 years after the last season, and shows setsuna saving saiji crossroads from what appears to be a slave area (saiji was arrested for dunno what reason and forced to work in the furnace at colony Proud). Then we get to see Exia! although this time it got pwned pretty badly, since it still has not recovered the arm lost due to the fight with the GN Flag. exciting starting ep!

AND UVERWORLD IS SINGING THE ED! IT ROCKS AS USUAL! XD

To Aru Majutsu no Index
DAMN COOL! it has all the magic fighting and cool plot! Set in Academy City, where almost 80% of the population are students, everyone is the city has psychic powers, and only ppl with psychic powers can enter the city. The Protagonist has psychic lvl 0, or none, but thats because the doctors can't determine his powers, which is his right arm, the Imagine Breaker, which can negate every psychic / magical ability, but also his good luck! xD very cool and fast-paced anime!

Tales of the Abyss
Another anime following the "Tales of" series adapted from the ps2 flagship series. IT ROCKS! the characters are all very cool and Luke, the main character, is damn shuai! XD
he is also good in swordfighting, his only hobby, but he has a strange ailment that constantly causes him to have headaches. damn cool haha!

Shikabane Hime (Zombie Princess)
This anime shows a girl, who is a zombie, whos out to slay 108 other zombies so that she can gain entry to heaven. Cool guns and nasty scars =X haha and also the male protagonist is a boy whose brother is helping her. one night he witnesses the "dead" girl and thought her to be dead, only to see her revive right in front of his eyes, despite the fact that her breath has stopped. quite nice!

HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA! haha! looks exciting! the male lead has too much imagination in his head and thinks too much LOL the female lead is cute! haha

OMG ITS THE LONG AWAITED BLACK BUTLER! SO COOOOL! SABASTIAN IS SO COOL OMG. and Ciel Phantomhive, his master, is also cool! the first one involves them scaring away a count from italy, who they thoroughly scared out of his wits XD

ALSO THE OPENING IS BY SID!!!!

Yozakura Quartet ( The Quartet of Night Sakura )

action thriller anime with all the usual fighting stuff! the lead all have some weird powers, like freezing the streets, destroying souls of enemies, and wielding spears. They are mostly demons too! ( or spell-using humans )

looks good..i shall wait on subs for this.

Am halfway through physics now. Hopefully the paper would be easier than the 2005 eoy..which was damn hard. me and jonathan spent around 3+ hours doing it -.-
even though it was partly due to the fact that we were talking most of the time.

that cockroach in the biscuit box is still there o.O

a few days ago we found a cockroach in our biscuit tin that wonghs sponsored lol. we decided to try and test its swimming capabilities by pouring milk and shaking that biscuit tin around!

apparently it was lying on its back looking quite tired after the swim..or it probably died.

and we decided to leave it inside ==

and now we try to treat everyone who comes into the class to some biscuits! XD

hopefully i can finish my physics by tomorrow. and start on chem. finish chem by tuesday. mug and practice maths until D-Day! XD

Realised i haven't really blogged much these few days o.o

Too busy with too many things.

Tuesday

went to city hall / marina square with qianye, weishemg, ervin, peixian and yijiao to shop for presents for birthday celebration on thursday.

after marina we somehow decided to go to harbourfront, and then we shopped more! candy empire is damn tempting o.O

walked until my legs hurt x.x

we bought various stuff, such as a super-huge size 13 slippers for zhikai, a pink pencilcase (i think) for yiran, and a wallet for zongxian.

Wednesday
Oh the pain of waking up at 6+ to go all the way to Commonwealth Secondary School!

thats like traveling a quarter of singapore -.-

And i learnt stuff such as qualitative / quantitative analysis and other research stuff. Not bad, i got quite a few packets of chocolate for answering questions haha

and i was the only guy from my school -.-

there was also a teacher inside that talk for some reason, and i had trouble discerning whether or not she's a teacher o.o

she was like owning the speech lol.

was in the same group as the nice folks from nanhua : jiasheng, who exclaims and constantly claim that pictures of toda erika in my ipod is akin to pr0n -.- , si hui who owns a pet parrot and squeaks suuuppper high pitched when poked haha, and chi yien, who is at least more rational than jiasheng and doesn't exclaim xD

the whole thing lasted from 9 to 3.30++, with 2 free food periods x.x

i wonder why they always have so much food o.O

Thursday
Birthday celebration @ Ervin's House to celebrate zongxian, yiran and zhikai's bdaes! XD

Thought i was late when i left my house at 2.45 since the meeting time was 3. reached at 3.15 and found only ervin and qianye waiting for everyone lol.
at around 4 everyone came, and we headed off.. to buy cake and what we later know as "wasabi".

had a fun time! everyone was high and happy haha

zongxian received a pink disney princess series stationary kit, which he must definitely enjoy owning. ITS THE PRINCESS SET OMG. and we shall see you bring it to exams to use ahahaha

Other gifts include UVERworld's timeless, and yijiao's home-baked cake!

of course the best present was the wasabi inside the custard pies, which apparently caused mild stomach discomfort. lol i tasted one finger-ful of it. bad stuff. XD

zongxian exclaimed "watch out! we are gonna do this for the novemeber one!"

Friday
Went out at 2+ to bugis!

spent like 30mins walking up and down middle road ( that road that connects from like 3 buildings before bugis junction all the way down to shaw tower ==) cos the security guard tell me its "3 buildings down" and i went 3 buildings down and found a dead end -.-

finally found middle house! and went in to sign up for my jlpt 3! XD

37 dollars, and 22 dollars of it paid in 1 dollar coins LOL

december 7 is the day haha!

after that went to national library to look for cde resources to do my term paper, found a lot but all reference ==

decided to mug at b1 after that. covered most of thermal physics! xD

went to Dunk It Volunteer Appreciation after that and had quite a time haha

laughed the most during superhero movie! XD

teacher's day performance was not bad.

but i was playing blackjack at the back lol.

after that i went to watch WALL-E with alison!

it was soooooo cute and nice!

even though there was minimal dialogue, the future of the Earth can be depicted very clearly.. technology and stuff.

Forsaken sleep for the BSP talk ytd T-T

didn't listen, didn't plan to listen.

was doing physics / chem at the back lol.

apparently its supposed to be quite an interesting talk..but i am just apathetic.

the tea break wasn't that bad though. the food was quite okay! haha

then after that i decided to be funny and take out my psp to play..i play for 5mins tio caught by teacher ==

not any teacher..the HOD for chinese in JC side. win.

I am surprised some sec 1s actually remember my name..quite touched..since i really haven't done much (in fact i said some mean stuff) and i was just laming around with them.

:)

we chipped in and bought ferrero rocher (however u spell it) for the 2 lab assistants and ms boey cos they helped us a lot!

Another round of thanks to all of you!

Ms Boey told us that the chem part ( our part) of the science eureka was rated one of the most memorable amongst all the courses! :D

I found out that most sec 1s were actually quite okay too!

Tmr we all have that BSP talk from 8.30 to 12.30...what a pain.

Sabbatical Week. An escape from the tediousness of school.

For the past 4 days we've been teaching sec 1s from all 4 consortiums, and we confirmed that in every consortium, there will be the slightly rebellious, the enthusiastic, and the outright retards. Of course, no naming here.

What a pain. x.x

But i quite enjoyed the teaching :D fun experiments such as making slime or playing the detective game with them. haha!

Oh well, back to school.

Not bad plot, and the budget shouldnt be that high too, considering there's only 3 main cast we see throughout the show. But hey, that guy's from the Mummy! ( i confused the movies and thought i entered the wrong cinema x.x)

Anyway, due to a unexpected windfall from cindy, she decided to treat me for both the tickets and the popcorns! ( i wanted to pay..but the guy said he had no change for 50dollars.. lol )

Went to AMK hub today with lytien and warren to find teacher's day presents...and found none. No Teacher's Day Card in the Whole Mall. wow. lots of explicit stuff like "hot girl/hot guy" and "Welcome to the Stud Club" though. LOL

wanted to watch movie ... then found out the Mummy shows at 7.20pm. it was like 5 hours away so we gave up and we all went home. hahha

GG. 31 days left to EOYs. that translate into roughly 744 hours. 1 month. 4 Subjects. 1 Final Outcome. It's make or break.

First day of sabbaticals!

Quite fun teaching the sec ones laa..just that they are abit uncooperative sometimes..but that's just a select few.

I am so happy that Ortus sec 1s are so good! haha even though i am from ProEd!

Hopefully the rest of the sec 1s are as cooperative!

Woke up at 4+ am and chionged to coronation plaza to supposedly buy stuff from the ntuc...to get a notice of "9am come back!"

Everyone forgot abt the fact that none of us had bought materials.. -.-

in the end we went to the petrol kiosk to buy our drinks..and carrying all those drinks we went to 7-11. the shopkeeper asked "wa why nvr buy from us?" and daoyi blatantly replied "Cos your side more expensive." resulting in the shopkeeper saying "den go there buy! don't come here!"

ASEAN Summit ended! xD

It's easy to realise how hard it is to come to a total consensus on issues, since some countries might feel it is against their national interests, or just trying to be uncooperative. (hint hint phillipines)

Basically we didn't discuss much, and most of the stuff we discussed (i just realised) is really restricted to that same few topics. Guess we can't be smarter than those real diplomats huh.

rawr its like 8-5.30..and i am experiencing a brain drain and a lack of motivation for maths test tmr =O

went to NYConcertBand Concert ytd..THE LAST CONCERT I SHALL GO FOR IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS! or else i bankrupt liao T-T

tio coerced to go by sylvia who suddenly had crewing duties -.-

took ICAS English..totally doing it half asleep and that teacher refuses to let me go wash my face -.-

after that met up with yingling and her friend (yining i think) and went to raffles city together to walk around and eat while waiting for yinkuan.

walk walk talk talk then we went to eat.. i tried pepper lunch for the first time lol!

scalded my pinky finger T-T

then we went for the concert..they went in and i got stuck out there while waiting for carissa to pass me my ticket @_@ almost starting le then she come..i 冒冷汗 sia!

The band was quite good la! since they are in the "limelight" (it's the name of the concert series as well lol), they must be quite zai right!

they started off with some piece of which name i forgotten -.-

i remembered it was quite fast-paced!

after that they played Joe Hisashi Works 2! Got my favorite Spirited Away! XD

they played it quite nicely, but a few cracks here and there laa

The next piece is ... i forgot again. but then again i rmb it wasn't that bad. oh no i suffer from shortterm memory loss! >.< strange i still rmb my history facts from last term @_@

after that was a upbeat "latin favorites" and then ended with a fun-filled "disneyland celebrations"! their minnie mouse hat was funny! XD

then their encore piece was UNDER THE DOUBLE EAGLE! LOL i thought that was like our band's marching trademark or smth.. but who cares! xD

short and sweet..concluded in under 2 hours! but then it's still damn late. and carissa had her father fetch her home la. so i have to go home myself T-T

then shuting said she wants to take the cab, even though i suggested mrt.

so in the end we walked a whole lot of distance from the esplanade to marina boulevard to some random business district to take a taxi. when we left it was 9.30. when we reached the taxi stand it was 10.20 LOL

physics was alright. at least thanks to my bro i finally understand some stuff about projectile motion :D ( of course, mr. su's "Just In Time" teaching was useful as well haha )

then was PE... OMG I PASSED MY NAPFA! *thanks to some oversight by mr. toh*

then the rest were piece of cake :D even tho my stretching have gone stale due to 3months + of not stretching at all =/

ihc was a waste of time. imagine reading notes for 40mins..and our dear teacher have not finished marking our mock tests given 2 weeks ago.

english was crapping session...i love language lessons because the teachers are very interesting :D i know that it's hard to teach languages..since it's really based on potential instead...but i take my hat down to them who still managed to make lessons interesting :)

maths was ...er...i wasn't exactly listening. was doing things that she haven't taught while asking qianze =X and i still don't get it >.<

soon we have the highlight of the day..after bsp class everyone decide to not pon and go watch ProEd's HuaTel (AKA HwaChong + Telok Kurau) vs Ispark's team (whos teamname i didn't bother to know)

totally enjoyable match. all of us was on a consensus that any goal made was probably due to sheer luck.

The game was, aptly named by jeremy, a "kampong soccer" match.

The ball was like a magnet...their team formation was brownian motion formation. LOL

when the ball went to the left side of the field, the right side's totally empty. Win.

Racial Harmony Day!

Actually was more of "Strategic Games coupled with some dosage of Borat and Family Guy" Day.

Reached school at 7.20. The whole school looked damn gloomy with all the rain and crap.

saw the band warm up and thought "its freaking raining. no way there'll be band."

guess i was right. :D

Stoned in class from 8 all the way to 9.30, doing all sorts of things such as watching an ep of family guy, half an ep of south park, and 50mins of Borat..then i went down to eat.

contemplated going to the bazaar/food fair.

went in for 3mins with warren/basil/raymond/david/jeremy and realised that "no way we gonna eat here" and went to the good old canteen in the end xD

jeremy heard from the Drinks "Boss" Uncle that there'll be a half day this week for our cca achievements! :D

went back to class and played bridge and chess.

somehow i had a feeling that when i was slacking my way through the day, a whole school-ful of people were stressing their brains out for tests..

maybe just a weird feeling. ;)

after that went to our indian cultural sabbatical.

Just watched Wanted on tudou..quite nice!

liked the twists and turns of the story!

liked the fact that the lead character of the story was a loser like most of us around here, and suddenly found that his whole life had been a facade, and that he was meant for something else.

Following the NKF Saga, where top ranking executives like T.T. (he's crying) Durai were caught for corruption using charity organisations, we have the Ren Ci Scandal!

Ming Yi Fa Shi caught for embezzling money, taking money from the organisation for his own use, and is sued for 10 charges.

This just goes to show how trustworthy charities are, and how money corrupts.

All those stunts that he did, was just to earn money.

Even if someone is nice enough to want to do something free, where does he get the money to start the organisation with?

The world revolves around the power of money.

Compassion < Money.

Be it a reverend, or a president, as long as you're in power, and you have control over huge amount of wealth, it is common sense to sneak "peanuts" into your pocket i guess.

so heres a blogpost on Idiots.

In our local context, idiots are despised, whacked and laughed upon.

What makes a person an idiot?

Firstly, one is an idiot not because their grades suck, but because of their lack of social awareness. So, you can be a scholar yet be an idiot.

For example, you show off and do stupid things that people don't really care about.

Secondly, one is an idiot when they are obviously wrong, but insists otherwise and refuses to learn to admit to their weakness.

Thirdly, one is an idiot when they can't get they want, and they begin attacking that thing that they can't get. the Sour Grapes analogy, in other words.

But don't worry, you aren't an idiot until you refuse to acknowledge these facts.

Went for ECO's Dunk It Briefing today!

Green Genius Competition : 1st! ;D

After grueling rounds of elimination, we made it through 48+ teams from 25 schools, becoming the top 4 to take part in the semifinals!

Also with us were CHIJ, Bukit Panjang Govt High, and Raffles Institution.

In the beginning of the semifinals, we were the last out of the 4, having answered 3 questions wrongly. However, we persisted, and in the spelling round we eventually caught up to RI, thanks to Li Ki's efforts and my trigger-happy fingers, reaching a tie with RI.

We won the tiebreaker round after and emerged first! XD

the auditorium at SP was really cold, and i was shaking throughout the competition literally @_@

and when you failed the prelims a term ago, all you can do is really take out The Mist by Stephen King and start reading!

proud to say i completed that book in 1 day lol

was stoning in audi reading the book from 8-9.40..

then we adjourned to the canteen for our recess, and the whole bunch of us decided that going back to the auditorium probably wasn't worth it and not a good idea.

So we headed to 4E instead, and started playing international chess and playing music through the speakers :D

Went to the INSPIRE concert yesterday!

not bad haha

here we see a girl solo-performing a piano piece..was quite good, but the piece sounded forceful =/

here we see a bunch of kids dancing.

here we see a band called stellar story screaming and blasting their basses through, playing REAL music.

wasn't too bad la enjoyed it :D

today went out with my friend to mug..

but then that friend said no mood..

so we ended up waiting for random buses and taking it to the other interchange. LOL

Today's Monday! which means a new start of a school week and back to good ol' school..yawn.

Nearly late for school today.. reached at around 7.20 and immediately dashed for the band room and to the field. made it in time phew.

but then in the end couldn't play much cos my brain was like totally lacking of oxygen and i felt like fainting. >.<

The rest of the day pretty much goes on...school being a place where my soul seem to detach from my body for that 8 hours..detached in all senses..socially, mentally, and sometimes physically.

My orthostatic hypotension occurrences seem to be getting more and more frequent now..and it really sucks.. giddy spells and feeling like fainting.. gosh. It used to be fine, but not now i guess.

I have realised that my main aim in School is to stay on alive as long as possible, , and to stay detached in all senses, much like Kiritani Shuuji in Nobuta wo Produce. School no longer provides a haven for me to stay in. It's a dread. But at least i get to look forward to stuff outside of school. If there were no friends like some of you here, i might have went crazy, and i am definitely not joking. The tremendous amount of sorrow and sadness inside me would have bursted.

And so...

I would like to thank all of you for being with me all this time. =)
